Third Culture will be presenting this week at the annual Power of the Arts National Forum. Co-organized by the Michaëlle Jean Foundation and Carleton University’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Power of the Arts convenes researchers, policymakers, urban planners, youth and artists to discuss the ways in which using art as a tool for social change can improve the quality of life in underserved communities.
